If you work here, it's hard to imagine using the words "One Workplace" and "Corporation" in the same sentence. That's because our company reflects the people who own it - the Ferrari Family. They grew up in this business and are passionate about retaining the family values established by their parents, Elmo and Marie. Today, Mark Ferrari, Dave Ferrari, and Julie Jarvis run a company that is open and honest, and that delivers on its promises. Some call it ethics. Others call it principles. We call it good business.
These owners don't just sit outside the business enterprise - they never have. They are hands-on contributors to both the strategic and day-to-day business of One Workplace. Playing major roles in Sales, Service, and Customer Care, the Ferrari's manage the more than 285 employees or what they like to call "extended family members," who make up One Workplace.

Mark Ferrari
Chief Executive Officer
Along with his siblings, Mark Ferrari grew up in the family's Office Products business. Starting as a teenager pushing that proverbial broom through the warehouse, he now serves as One Workplace's CEO and head of Operations Services. Mark works on company strategy - advising and collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer, President and Executive Staff. He helps manage and shape the entire Services Offering - supporting our customer's delivery, installation, and asset management needs. Mark is a pretty hands-on CEO and manager. You can often find him out in the warehouse polishing a desk before it goes on a delivery truck.

Dave Ferrari
President
For Dave, after high school hours meant working in what was then the Lindsay-Ferrari warehouse. Heavy lifting makes good training for the President of a furniture dealership. Like Mark, Dave joined the company full-time upon graduation from Santa Clara University. Back then he focused on building the Office Furniture side of the business. Today he develops and implements strategic company direction with a keen focus on sales. That makes Dave our resident entrepreneur. He is constantly analyzing how the company can best meet the needs of our customers. That also makes him a pretty strong advocate for long-term enterprise relationships with clients.

Julie Jarvis
Executive Vice-President
Not long after brothers Mark and Dave began working for the family business, Julie joined in. Recently graduated from Santa Clara University, she focused her efforts on sales of office products - quickly developing a track record for excellent long-term relationships with some of the biggest players in Silicon Valley. That affinity for assuring complete customer satisfaction made her a natural to lead the efforts company-wide. She can often be found at a client's office or on the phone, assessing the performance of One Workplace at all levels of the customer experience - a pretty important role for the owner of a company. In addition to her role in the strategic leadership of One Workplace, Julie balances directing our customer care efforts with the management of our Brand and Communications Team.
