Full Time San Francisco, CA

Assists with on-going or small accounts in conjunction with Account Manager/Project Manager.  This includes providing customer service, converting and tracking orders, and servicing small accounts.  Assists sales with product research, pricing and lead-time information. Will track all aspects of orders, as relates to vendor ship/arrival dates, and coordinates receipt, delivery and installation of products and services.

Associate Art’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college; or at least one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have excellent customer service skills; professional oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills. Position requires attention to detail; self-motivation; resourcefulness; ability to function in team environment; positive and professional attitude and the ability to work in the face of unexpected problems and deadlines.
