Our Ownership

Today, One Workplace is third-generation family-owned and operated by the Ferrari family. Dave Ferrari, Mark Ferrari, and Julie Jarvis are passionate about retaining the strong family values established by their parents, Elmo and Marie. The Ferraris are hands-on contributors to both the strategic and day-to-day business of One Workplace.

 

Mark Ferrari
Chief Executive Officer

Along with his siblings, Mark grew up in the family’s office products business. Throughout the years he has worked to develop One Workplace and has cultivated numerous lasting customer relationships. Mark works to pass his vision on to the entire company and does so through fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and inspiration. Mark serves as One Workplace’s CEO and head of Operations Services. He works to develop company strategy – advising and collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer, President and executive staff. Mark also helps to manage and shape the entire services offering – supporting our customers’ delivery, installation, and asset management needs.

 

Dave Ferrari
President

As one of three siblings to run the family business, Dave has worked for One Workplace since high school. Today he develops and implements strategic company direction with a keen focus on sales. As President of One Workplace, Dave’s experience encompasses all aspects of the operation, including distribution, finance, sales and the services organization. He has worked to expand One Workplace beyond the office furniture market to the healthcare, education, construction products, and audio visual markets. Dave is a strong advocate for long-term enterprise relationships with clients. His focus on sales helps him develop and implement strategic company direction and he is constantly analyzing how we can best meet the needs of our customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

 

Julie Jarvis
Executive Vice-President

Not long after brothers Mark and Dave began working for the family business, Julie joined in. She has focused on making complete customer satisfaction a part of the One Workplace experience. Julie has worked tirelessly to develop and cultivate customer relationships that have resulted in lasting partnerships. As the Executive Vice President, Julie works to assess the performance of One Workplace at all levels of the customer experience. In addition to her role in the strategic leadership of One Workplace, Julie balances directing our customer care efforts with the management of our graphics and marketing teams. Her eye for detail and passion for an unparalleled experience make her a strong advocate for complete client satisfaction.
