Environmental
The Kart chair is 98% recyclable. The seat and back shells are 100% recyclable anti-static, injection-molded plastic (ABS). The seat and back upholstery of selected models are molded urethane over injection-molded polypropylene foam, produced without CFCs, an ozone-depleting substance. The armrests are molded polyurethane, also produced without CFCs. The adhesive is emission-free and thermally activated, and it can be easily separated from the foam by steaming.
