RoomWizard is part of the One-Click Publishing™ system. Use it to schedule your meeting time and location, and to invite attendees. With the touch of a button at the end of the meeting, your notes are e-mailed to each attendee. The One-Click Publishing System consists of RoomWizard and either the Impulse LTX Multimedia Whiteboard System or a CopyCam.
