Project - Corporate California
Supernal Laguna Canyon Engineering Headquarters for developing eVTOLs and Advanced Air Mobility systems, award winning design by RMW and O+A.
Project - Corporate Washington
Seattle Storm Center for Basketball Performance, the "first dedicated WNBA practice facility designed and built from the ground up, showcasing the Storm’s pioneering vision for the future of women’s basketball", a landmark award winningproject delivered by women-led project teams. Design by ZGF.
Project - Learning Environments
Emerald High School, the first new high school in Alameda County in 50 years. Classrooms, admin spaces, gathering areas, the Library, Student Union, and teachers lounges all equipped with flexible furniture solutions, access to charging stations and all the right technology to encourage 21st century learning. Project: Healthcare
Montage Health's Ohana Center for Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health in Monterey County, demonstrates award winning innovation. Collaboration between the client, NBBJ design and research fellows, resulted in a spacious 55K square foot building and surrounding open spaces providing residential rooms, classes, activities, therapy, and resources for youth and their families.

American elders today face huge housing challenges as they navigate their later years, a rapidly aging population with 10,000 Americans turning 65 every day and limited housing options. Amir Kia, co-founder of Spirit Living Group, joined the ONEder Podcast to share his perspective and experience leading a purpose driven senior housing organization.

Creating Purposeful Senior Living Communities: Insights and Innovations reviewed the results from a gathering of senior living operators, architects, designers, industry experts and One Workplace Senior Living folks in our Seattle office. The focus was on intentional creation of senior living communities with purpose, to enrich the lives of both residents and staff.
