Renovating a 1960's era hospital to serve as an integrated care center including behavioral health, medical, dental, and pharmacy services was the task. Ferguson Architects, J.C. Richards Construction and One Workplace worked closely with Comprehensive Life Resources to bring this phased project to life in downtown Tacoma, WA. We were thrilled to support the new facility with interior furnishings and technology.
Collaborating on interior design and technology requirements from the initial planning allowed our team to build a strong understanding and to deliver on CLR needs and aspirations for this new headquarters and community care facility.
Nature and wellness are channeled throughout the space, from the color palette, the biophilic motifs, access to natural light and exterior landscaping and comfortable, adaptable furniture to meet user needs.
