Confidential Technology Client Dallas Hub | One Workplace

From Data Center to Destination

Creating Human Spaces Inside a Machine

Inside the iconic Dallas InfoMart, long known as one of the world’s largest data centers, this Confidential Technology Client set out to create something entirely different: a workplace designed not for desks, but for people.

As part of a broader real estate portfolio shift toward Hubs, Clubs, and Nodes, the Dallas location became the Client’s first full “Hub”, a location built to bring together distributed teams, traveling leaders, and local employees in settings that prioritize connection, innovation, and most importantly, inclusion.

Working closely with the Client's Design leadership and Gensler San Jose, our corporate team curated hospitality informed furniture and custom solutions to deliver an experience that feels more like a welcoming destination than a corporate office,

Design for behaviors, not departments

Craft Meets Performance

The design leans into a simple truth: where power is provided, people will gather. Flexibility is enabled without sacrificing functionality by integrating power directly into furniture, supporting a highly mobile, connected workforce.

Custom fabrication and carefully curated furnishings add another layer of intention, blending workplace performance with the comfort and detail of hospitality environments. Color palattes and material choices subtly reflect client values.

Inclusivity you can feel, warmth, space, and choice
