If the larger flagship locations are built for scale and the intimate, hospitality-led spaces are built to make workplace merge with hospitality, smaller satelitte spaces are where the Confidential Technology Client's workplace strategy shows its clearest, most distilled form. Smaller in footprint and more varied in size than its larger counterparts, the Tampa location became the company's first fully realized satelitte location, a compact space that captures the full intent of the broader workplace strategy in miniature.
Where an earlier, smaller satelitte location in Chicago tested the concept quietly, Tampa is where the idea came fully into focus, the space the client team points to when they want to show, rather than explain, what a satelitte location is meant to accomplish.
Working alongside Gensler and the client, our team curated furnishings and finishes to bring the same hospitality-forward, inclusive design language established across the broader portfolio into a smaller, more intimate format, proof that the strategy scales down as confidently as it scales up.
