2024 ONEder Grant Recipients "Embracing Change: Exploring the Intersections"

One Workplace is proud to announce the recipients of the 6th annual ONEder Grant, centered around the 2024 theme of "Embracing Change: Exploring the Intersections" inspired by the ever-evolving landscape of placemaking and its profound impact on work dynamics, healing environments, and learning spaces.

"Embracing Change" encourages a deep exploration of how we navigate and adapt to the dynamic transformations shaping our environments. This ONEder theme serves as a guide to understanding the complex intersections between place and culture, behavior, design, technology, and processes. Through this exploration, we aim to uncover new insights, strategies, and solutions that might help us thrive and shape the future amidst continuous change.

Since its inception in 2019, the ONEder Grant program has awarded twenty-one $20,000 grants to Architecture and Design firms across Northern California and Washington State. These grants have led to unique, relevant, and timely research outcomes that continue to influence and advance the field.
