One Workplace has been providing project services in the San Francisco Bay Area for our dealer partners for several decades. Due to our experience in handling furniture related services and corporate relocations we are considered to be experts in the field. Our goal has always been to provide five star services to the end user and to your dealership staff who manage the business for the customer.

Our services range from a simple delivery and placement of product to design and planning for the installation of multiple floors of furniture, relocation of contents and equipment and decommission of existing space.  One Workplace has four divisions:  Audio Visual, Construction Products, Healthcare and Educational as well as our Contract Furniture business. We are well prepared to manage projects in each of these areas should your dealership have a specialized need.

For customers who have an active business and require consistent MAC work, our on-site project teams are experienced in managing the work and assets required to support the effort. Our warehouse uses SnapTracker asset management system to track all product handled through our facility. This is provided for customers with a need of a project manager from one to two days a week to clients who need a team of 20+ on a daily basis in order to manage millions of square feet of office space.

We excel in managing large projects, however the small projects are just as important and we treat those projects as such.
