The One Workplace Technology Group provides project infrastructure coordination by working closely with architects, interior designers, electrical and mechanical engineers and other design team members. We provide documentation for electrical rough-in requirements (conduit and junction boxes) AC power, audiovisual heat loads, lighting, sightline and space analysis and other infrastructure requirements necessary to implement a successful AV system.
Audiovisual System Installation
One Workplace realizes its installation teams spend the greatest amount of time with our customers. We pride ourselves on the professional conduct our teams bring to the worksite. Our certified audiovisual installers follow strict codes of ethics and workmanship and go through constant training and credentialing to keep their skills at the highest levels. Understanding that audiovisual systems are often one of the last to be installed in a project, installations sites are kept exceptionally clean with thoughtful consideration for maintaining difficult project schedules.
One Workplace has a successful track record of remote installations around the nation and the globe. As many of our Bay Area customers our multinational corporations, we are often asked to replicate the high quality level of installation and services to which they have grown accustom at their headquarter facilities. With the guidance of experienced project mangers, we will often use our network of USAV partners to better serve our customers’ remote installations.
Service & Support
One Workplace understands that the life of an audiovisual system only just begins when our installation team finishes at the customer site. This is where our Support Service Team picks up. This team includes a group of highly trained professionals who are committed to providing the best end-to-end customer experience possible. One Workplace offers a variety of service packages that can be tailored to meet your exacting needs and budget.
Training & Documentation
One Workplace understands that new technology can often be intimidating. We work hard with our customers so that they fully understand their systems’ capabilities. That is why One Workplace offers a complete range of Customer Training services for both technical staff and end users. We offer one-on-one and small group training programs that are catered to your abilities and needs.
No technology system is complete without proper documentation. We provide a full package of documentation including training manuals, “as-built” system drawings and equipment operations manual.
One Workplace (OWP) offers architects, facility managers, and other project stakeholders an integrated design approach for audiovisual systems involving its engineers, BIM designers, technicians, and furniture and construction product specialist throughout the design process. Having OWP both design and install your audiovisual system provides the benefits of project continuity and single-point of accountability, which can only be afforded by a design-build approach.
