The design team's starting point wasn't a floor plan, it was a series of conversations. Engaging Pasha employees to understand their values and work modes shaped every decision that followed. The result is a building calibrated for how Pasha people actually think and work throughout the day: focus, collaboration, socialization, learning, and rejuvenation, each supported by a distinct kind of space. That approach, supporting wellbeing first, let the workplace follow, threads through every square foot of The Pasha Group's new headquarters, from its meeting rooms to its social hubs to the artifacts on its walls.

Every material choice at Pasha's new headquarters was made to do double duty: function as workplace design and as storytelling. Working closely with Helf Art & Design, the project team curated artifacts and art throughout the building that trace Pasha's history as a global logistics and transportation company.
