BillionToOne has one great team working with the three billion nucleotides that make up our genome to detect disease, one molecule at a time. DES designs new spaces for this fast growing organization, Dome Construction builds them and One Workplace was excited to add ancillary furniture to this welcoming new BTO facility.
Designing spaces for a team driven to be profoundly impactful, creative and innovative, internally motivated and passionate, meant working closely with the BillionsToOne CEO and Marketing team to activate their vision and their values within the space. Key learnings from earlier spaces allowed for iterative bespoke furniture designs to keep the BTO team comfortable and engaged.
The latest BTO location covers 89,000 square feet, includes lab spaces, and houses over 340 team members. As a patient centered life science organization, their commitments and values come alive in their space and we were thrilled to be a part of the project team.
